What we do
- PT2030/PRR and EU Funds Applications — We support the preparation, submission and management of applications to programmes such as Portugal 2030, PRR, EEA Grants, Interreg and the European Urban Initiative. The focus is to ensure well-framed projects, approved and executed without fail.
- CO₂ Performance Ladder (institutional adoption) — The Ladder is currently the leading European instrument for sustainable public procurement. It enables public entities to integrate carbon criteria into tenders, rewarding suppliers that prove they reduce emissions.
We are the national coordinators of the CO₂ Performance Ladder in Portugal. This role gives us deep knowledge of the model and privileged access to European practice.
For the contracting authority, it reduces the carbon footprint associated with the works and services it funds, aligning contracts with national and European climate targets.
For the territory and local suppliers, it creates a clear incentive for the energy transition. Entities wishing to tender must show decarbonisation plans and results — accelerating change across the entire economic ecosystem.
